Seminar objective:
The participants (m/f/d) learn in the seminar the use of leadership-psychological models in typical situations of the daily management routine. By means of practical exercises, the own leadership behaviour is made visible and reflectable and the participants can practise behavioural alternatives. Tips and tricks for special situations (e.g. dealing with conflicts) expand the scope of methodological competence.
